Phoenix Lacquer Art (PLA) was established in 2010 and its headquarter is situated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU). PLA aims to produce on a yearly basis a leading collection of fantastisc Russian lacquer art (mainly fountain pens) at an exceptionally high level. PLA is working hard to create an international professional retailers network. Some of them are offline (shops) and some of them are online (websites). The flagshipstores of PLA itself are based in the centre of Amsterdam (the Netherlands, EU) as well in the centre of Moscow (Russia) and only opened after an appointment has been made.
